Athletic Registration Information

Requirements to compete in Athletics at North Middle School

  1.  Registration with ArbiterSports 

  2.  Emergency/Medical Consent (included in your ArbiterSports registration)

  3.  Current Physical on file with the office - (You must upload into Arbiter Sports (formerly  Family ID). Physicals are good for 2 years from date of physician's signing. Please use the OSAA Physical form link below

  4.  Signed Code of Conduct (electronic acknowledgments when registering in Arbiter Sports)

  5.  Participation Fee - There will be a fee of $75 for each sport an athlete participates in for the 2024-2025 school year. If an athlete participates in more than 2 sports, no fee is charged for the 3rd or more.  You can pay via credit card with your Arbiter Sports registration or cash/check in the office.

We use ArbiterSports to register our students for athletics.

It will be helpful to have the following information handy for accurate completion of your online registration.

  • Doctor Information (Name of Physician, Contact Information)

  • Health Insurance Information (Company, Insurance ID)

  • Emergency Contact Information

If you already have a ArbiterSports account: 

Most of the information from previous registrations is saved in your profile.  You will need to re-read and resign the Medical Consent form and Code of Conduct for each new sports season.

Registration Process for People NEW to ArbiterSports:

When you click on the ArbiterSports  link, you will have the option to create a new account.  To create a new account, do the following.

  1. Click on Create Account.

  2. Create your secure ArbiterSports account by entering the account owners first and last name (parent/guardian), e-mail address and the password you will use for ArbiterSports.  Select Agree to the ArbiterSports Terms of Service.  Click Create Account.

  3. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account.  (If you don't see an email, check your junk or spam folders).

  4. Click on the link in your activation email, which will log you in to ArbiterSports.

  5. Choose the program you are registering for.  Click  the REGISTER NOW  button.

  6. Once on the registration form, complete the information requested.  All fields with a * are required to have an answer.

  7. Click the Save & Continue button when you form is complete.

  8. Review the registration summary.

  9. You can pay with credit card from here, or pay by cash/check bring your payment in to the office at North Middle School. If you are ready to submit the registration, but not ready to pay yet, you may click submit and pay later. You will still have the option to pay by card online or to bring your cash/check into the office. North Middle School does not currently accept any cards in the front office. 

  10. After selecting Submit the registration will be complete.  You will receive a completion email from ArbiterSports confirming your registration.

  11. The coach and athletic secretary are notified of new registrations.

The Stacy Morgan Future Cavers Scholarship

Stacy Morgan was a teacher, coach, and friend to all. He believed all children succeed with love and support. This scholarship was established in his honor to help families afford after-school activities for their kids.
